We want you to love your purchase! If the item(s) you ordered do not fit or not to your liking, we are happy to offer a refund, if eligible. However; to be eligible, the following requirements must be met. Please note that any original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return & Exchange Requirements:

 Merchandise must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, and with all tags attached in the original packaging.

Please return the merchandise within 30 days of purchase to address below.

Once returned merchandise is received, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment used within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email or text message to the address/phone number listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from MAX & ME SPORT.

If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.

We strongly recommend that you insure your return, secure a tracking number, and a delivery confirmation number to ensure that the merchandise is received and in good condition. Please note that return shipping charges are currently not reimbursed by MAX & ME SPORT.

MAX & ME SPORT will cover any return shipping for a manufacturer defect or error with your order.  If that is the case, please contact our customer service at pam@maxandmesport.com.

We apologize that we are unable to process exchanges within our system, so if we have the item in stock in the size you want, you may purchase it separately and return the original item at your own expense.  ALL CLEARANCE/LAST CHANCE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/REFUND.  BLUSH LINGERIE PANTIES AND BRALETTES ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED.
